My family always enjoys our stay here. From the welcoming staff, impecabbly clean accomodations, the private beach across the street, and the well maintained flower gardens, this property is amazing. Our group of 3 each had a private room so we could have our own space, but also could gather in the common areas when it was time to be social. We all raved about the comfortable beds and the cold A/C that was much appreciated in August. We usually rent bikes, but relied on pedicabs this year. They picked us up within 5 to 10 minutes of calling. It's also a convenient walk to the East End Market on Bradford, which is great for a low key breakfast or lunch and also has all kinds of goodies (including alcohol). We'll be back at the Cape Codder next summer!

This was a great find, so I hesitate to let everyone know about it. I got a room fairly last minute for 4 nights. Clean, light, quiet. Shared bathrooms down the hall. Private beach access. Outdoor shower. A bit far from the center of things, but a bike would help. Lovely flowers out front & back. There was a shared fridge, microwave, and mini ice maker. Lots of towels. Warm & friendly staff and owner. I’ll be back. Don’t tell anyone else about it!

This place is so nice! It's homey and historic, and comfortable and quiet. Not for people looking for hotel-like amenities, but great for those who want something simple and honest. There is everything a person needs- bay across the street, comfortable and clean rooms, attentive staff, and an easy walk to town.

The Cape Codder is a lovely spot for a getaway and a fantastic value. It's a bit of a walk to town, but a great way to get your steps, but the neighborhood is nice and quiet, and the private deck and beach are hidden gems! The rooms were simple, very clean, and very comfortable and the coffee, water, ice, fridge amenities were wonderful. The shared bathrooms were clean and well stocked. The staff were super friendly and made my stay that much more enjoyable. I would highly recommend the Cape Codder Guesthouse!

My family and I stayed at the Cape Codder and had a great time! We were a bit worried about the shared bathrooms, but we were surprised by how many there were in the building so it wasn’t a problem. Colleen was very kind and welcoming. We really loved the multiple coffee machines and refrigerators to store food. One of our favorite things was the private beach and deck on the property. It was also a short walk to all the stores. Our family had a great time and we hope to visit again!

This historic guest house is a cozy and charming place to stay in Ptown. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. The private beach and deck really make this place a hidden gem. It's a great place to swim or relax in the sun. Its location makes it ideal for those looking for a quite and calm place to stay.

Cannot give this place a high enough review! We absolutely LOVED our stay. The room was lovely, just the right size for what we needed. The bathrooms were SO clean all the time and we never had to wait/or felt like we didn't have privacy. Location is about a mile from the main Ptown spots, and it's a beautiful walk or bike ride up! Also, I want to call out the private deck/beach. There's a bunch of chairs/loungers and little steps right to the water (you don't even need to drive to a beach if you don't want to). Overall incredible stay!

What a nice spot, so cozy and quiet! I like the serenity of the East End. And it is only a few minutes bike ride to downtown. They have a private beach with the sun deck and picnic tables. I've stayed here before, and the hosts are always so warm and welcoming! I was lucky to get a room with the ocean view this time. Would love to come back soon!
